Luxe Pricing, Inc. ("Luxe Pricing," "we," "our," or "us") operates luxepricing.com and provides the HouseCount RMS and LuxSell URS revenue manaQgement platforms for hotels and hospitality venues.

• Visitors to luxepricing.com, including prospective hotel and venue clients

• Authorised users who register for or log in to HouseCount RMS or LuxSell URS

• Business contacts who communicate with us regarding our products or services

Luxe Pricing may also process certain personal information on behalf of Hotel Partners as a service provider. In particular, guest reservation data used for pre-stay upgrade offers is addressed in the separate Privacy Notice available at prestay.luxe/privacyPolicy.

• Law enforcement or government bodies: where required by law or valid legal process
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Where Luxe Pricing processes personal information on behalf of a Hotel Partner, the applicable services agreement and data processing terms govern that processing.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising without your consent.

6. International Data Transfers

Luxe Pricing is based in the United States. Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States, including through AWS infrastructure located in United States region(s).

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum or other approved transfer mechanism, as applicable.
